Check-In
Please ensure you check in at least 30 minutes before your booked departure time and not more than 2 hours before.
This gives you just enough time to drive through security checks, the French and British frontier controls, the boarding lanes and safely onto the shuttle before departure.

1. Choose how much in Clubcard vouchers you’d like to exchange, on the right, and then click ‘add to basket’.

Things to remember...
• Check whether your holiday insurance covers the loss of the value of your Clubcard vouchers should you have to cancel, as most policies don’t cover this. Bookings must be made via Eurotunnel’s Contact Centre at least 14 days in advance of travel. All bookings are subject to limited availability. Tokens can only be used for travel originating from Folkestone, including single journeys. Tokens cannot be used for trips originating from Calais.
